My husband and I had our wedding on May 27, 2019 at Sampson’s hollow. We live in FL but found Sampson’s hollow online. After seeing the venue and reading their outstanding reviews we booked them! We like other couples who have left glowing reviews, had the most amazing wedding day at Sampson’s Hollow. I can not describe how perfect our day was. Sampson’s hollow is a beautiful, secluded, intimate venue with stunning views of the mountains and foothills. We received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the property was. Every detail of our day was perfect. The location was picturesque. Our wedding coordinator, Lesley, worked so hard and knew every detail of our day so that we could relax and enjoy while she made everything happen. The food was delicious. And the cabin we stayed in the wedding night was so cozy, comfy and lovely. This venue is top notch. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Lesley, we cannot thank you enough.

We just got married there the other day and it was absolutely perfect! I went and saw the venue in the winter so it was pretty barren and there wasn't much greenery. But I still had a vision of what my outdoor spring wedding would look like and I loved it. When I got there the ceremony and the reception area blew me away! I thought I loved my vision but Lesley took it to another level. I didn't think I could get anything so gorgeous for the price and it was worth every penny. She took what I had in my head and made it more than I could of ever imagined was possible. Everybody loved it and thought Lesley was just amazing and so efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow what an amazing place, and staff. Our daughter had her wedding there and we couldn't have been more pleased at how it came together. Leslie and her staff made everything flow so smoothly and made my daughter feel so special and comfortable. The venus itself is gorgeous. The staff incredible. I would highly recommend Sampson's Hollow to anyone wanting a very special place for their event. To Leslie and staff, Thank You so much. You made Rebecca's day amazing.

Southern charm at its best

A southern wedding…transcending time and dimension—charming, romantic and uniquely your own; the beginning of your happily ever should be a magical moment to be remembered forever and captured in the windows of your soul. Our wedding venue, located in the Great Smoky Mountains makes for a perfect destination for out of state brides as well as for last minute elopements. Sampson's Hollow is an event facility that will provide the storybook location for any special event or gathering.  Recently named as a 2018 Wedding Wire Couple’s Choice winner and The Knot’s Best of Weddings 2018, the naturally landscaped farmland has been in the family since the mid 1800’s.  It was recently recognized by the state of Tennessee as an historic Century-old farm.  Located next to Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee and fifteen minutes from the entrance to the national park, Sampson’s Hollow is easily accessible while still maintaining the privacy and seclusion which most guests desire.  In the event of bad weather, the porch of our contemporary barn will seat approximately 175 guests on a covered front porch, accented by a lighted chandelier in the center of the elevated roof and a full view of the beauty of the property.  Our newly constructed Foundry will seat an additional 40 guests with a majestic view to enjoy. The interior of the barn will seat up to 100 guests, depending on use of space.  Features include air-conditioning, a wood burning fireplace, upstairs loft for changing, three restrooms, a small kitchen and a handicap –accessible entrance. A sweetly adorned cabin provides a dressing suite for the bride and her attendants as well as a romantic beginning for the first night as husband and wife.
